vertical marketing and vertical marketing: Make your business grow exponentially

There are two marketing strategies: vertical and horizontal , which will allow your business to grow , and not a little, if you design well. I'll help it.
When you have a business, physical or digital, you need to be clear about two things:
♦ First, the income strategy (where you will come the money, how can you make money).
. ♦ Second, the marketing strategy (how you will get that money will come is not the same as the above: you can know that your money comes from the sale of books for entrepreneurs, for example, but not knowing how to get sales, how to make you buy, in short).
Today we will focus on the second, two modalities that will allow us to grow our business exponentially: vertical marketing and vertical marketing .

This implies, therefore, that already have a (physical or digital, repeat) business, you know what you sell (you have product) and you know who you sell it.
Digression: it seems very simple but there are many people who have nothing clear this: have a website where they do not sell anything now, which not even know what will sell in the future (we'll see, life will tell ...) who do not know who your audience is, who are heading ... therefore, I consider it necessary to stress the obvious and emphasize that the above is first.
How do we start
Having said that, we must be clear that if only you sell a product, it is difficult to skyrocket your profits. Why? Because to sell and give you to eat, you need a lot of customers, clients be picking up steadily, since whoever buys you one thing will not come back to buy it from because it already has.
And one thing I do not know if you know: it costs much more to capture a new customer than to sell to someone who is already. But of course, you're not going to sell the same to you who already have bought it ...
That means you must have more products.
The problem then is that creating more products means spending money (if they are physical products or physical business, the usual) or spend time and energy (if digital products.'re not gonna make a botch or what you do in 3 days. The thing leads his own).
What to do, oh, my God, you ask? I can neither this nor that, neither you nor without you have my remedy ills
, what do I do?

There is a solution for everything.
I tell you:
Marketing vertical
The vertical marketing , broadly speaking, involves the creation of a single product with mild shadings serves different customers.
Here already we won something: the product is the same, except adaptations or shadings, save time, energy and costs. Not the same to create something that is almost equal to what you already have, to create something else.
This has two variants:
First.- ♦ Create the same product for different micro niches . Example: If you sell a course on study skills, you can create the same product for different audiences: Technical studies for university, for elementary, high school, for students night cycle (they have less time ...), etc.
♦ Second.- create different versions of the same product, depending on the degree of knowledge or expertise of your audience . We all know that not everyone knows the same about everything. Some know more than others know less, some are experts and others have no idea. You can, therefore, create product for beginners or experts, for people who are starting or people who want to move to a higher level ...
This in turn can be done in two ways:
→ Keeping the same price line (anything goes more or less the same, whether for one or the other).
→ Increasing price as we move forward in specialization (as we move into the funnel). First create a basic thing for everyone, beginners or at an average price, and then a more specialized advanced people at a higher price product.
Horizontal marketing
The Horizontal marketing supposed to have a public, not several (unlike before) and create different products for the same (related, of course).
They are different products, but the public is the same, which you save the cost of obtaining or attract new customers, as we have said it is far more expensive than selling to whom already a customer.
Imagine your audience is fond of cooking. You can sell kitchen tools, and then sell a video course recipes, and then a consultant for if they want to make life too with that (opening a restaurant, for example). It tries to sell different things who are already a customer. Related things, as we have said and it is clear.
All this would be desirable to have it clear, in the case of business on line , before creating a website, create a product, write content ... because everything you do will be conditioned by that. You can not make the risk of dedicating one year to write about X, then realize that you want to sell something that is not directly related to that. The public has grasped, regretfully, it does not serve. Oh, my God. Now you say Oh, my God
.
Well, I do not want to dismiss without tell you a couple of items that may interest you: this one on how to increase sales and this on experiential marketing , which is also a very nice and close marketing strategy to have very, very seriously.
